From Our Table is the journal of Hervé’s Restaurant & Bar in Brisbane, created to share what inspires us - from the food we cook and the wines we pour, to the weddings, private events and gatherings we are proud to host. It’s where we open the door a little wider and invite you behind the scenes of our restaurant, bar and event spaces.

Our food is rooted in the culinary traditions of Southern France and the Basque region, shaped by seasonality and driven by local produce. Everything on our menu is made in-house, with care and intention, because we believe exceptional dining experiences begin with quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The same philosophy guides our wine list - a carefully curated selection of French and international wines designed to be enjoyed around the table.

But Hervé’s is about more than food and wine. We are local. We are independent. We are family owned. We love our community.

It’s about people coming together. From intimate weddings and private dining to milestone birthdays, corporate events and relaxed gatherings at the bar, Hervé’s offers a collection of warm, flexible spaces designed for celebration.
