In honour of Global Champagne Day, Perrier-Jouët and Hervé’s invite you to step into a world of effervescent elegance.
Founded in 1811 in the heart of Épernay, Maison Perrier-Jouët is celebrated as one of Champagne’s most esteemed houses - renowned for its artistry, craftsmanship, and enduring commitment to sustainability and the preservation of its vineyards’ natural beauty.
Guided by Perrier-Jouët Ambassador Andrea Giraud, you’ll journey through the Maison’s rich history, the artistry behind its wines, and the floral inspiration that has become its signature. Each course of a meticulously curated four-course menu will be masterfully paired with the Perrier-Jouet Brut, Perrier-Jouet Blanc de blanc, 2013 Belle Epoque Rose and Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose.
The evening begins with canapés in the bar before transitioning to our exclusive private dining room for a sublime Champagne dining experience.
With only 16 seats available, this is an intimate celebration of Champagne at its finest.

From 4pm in Hervé’s Bar, indulge in the art of l’apéro - a little sparkle, a little luxury, and a lot of joie de vivre.
