Tour de France 2026 - Hervé’s Culinary Journey Through France
This July, follow the excitement of the world's greatest cycling race with a culinary adventure of your own. As the Tour de France winds its way through some of France’s most celebrated regions, Hervé’s Restaurant & Bar invites guests to experience the flavours, traditions and iconic dishes that define each destination.
Beginning in vibrant Barcelona on Saturday 4th July with sizzling Gambas al Ajillo featuring habanero-spiced Mooloolaba prawns, the journey then travels north through the heart of France, celebrating the unique food culture of each region along the Tour route. From renowned wine regions and picturesque countryside to mountain villages and historic cities, every stop tells a story through its cuisine.
As the Tour reaches Bordeaux from 8th–11th July, guests will enjoy a classic French menu showcasing Grilled Bavette with Sauce Marchand de Vin and Silky Potato Purée, finished with the famous Canelé de Bordeaux, delicately flavoured with rum and vanilla.
Throughout the month, additional regional specialties will be unveiled as the race progresses, creating a true gastronomic tour of France. Each week celebrates a new destination, bringing together authentic flavours, exceptional wines and the spirit of the Tour de France.
