This Mother’s Day, we invite you to gather around the table and celebrate la maman - or the mother figure in your life - with a menu that feels both special and deeply comforting.
Our three-course menu ($140 per person) has been carefully curated by our kitchen, drawing on classic French technique and the bold, vibrant influences of the Basque region. Each dish reflects our philosophy: refined yet generous, elegant yet full of heart.
Begin with a choice of entrée - from delicate salmon gravlax cannoli to a classic beef tartare - followed by a main course designed to bring warmth and depth, whether it’s slow-cooked lamb shoulder with confit potatoes or market fish with fennel and yuzu beurre blanc. To finish, something sweet (as all good celebrations should), with our signature Basque cheesecake or a rich chocolate lava cake.
On arrival, a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne sets the tone - because every mother deserves to feel celebrated from the very first moment.

The Sip & Savour Sunset Series is a curated collection of food and wine grazing experiences, thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed as the day transitions into evening. Each experience invites guests to slow down, share generously, and savour every detail.
Held every Friday and Saturday from 5:30pm – 7:00pm in Hervé’s Bar, Sip & Savour is perfectly suited to an indulgent pre-dinner moment or a refined experience enjoyed entirely on its own.
The series opens with - Just Give Me One Good Riesling! an effortlessly elegant pairing: a shared grazing experience accompanied by a bottle of Riesling, selected to complement a menu of refined, generous plates.
Designed for sharing, conversation, and unhurried enjoyment, this experience sets the tone for the season -relaxed, elevated, and beautifully considered. This experience is ideal for couples, friends, and intimate groups and is available in the bar only.

Our fixed-price lunch follows that same French way of eating. Thoughtful dishes, seasonal produce, and a choice that lets lunch unfold with ease.
