Join us 17–20 December for a shared four-course menu celebrating the very best of fresh local ingredients - just in time for the festive season. Whether you’re getting in early with family celebrations or catching up with friends, this is a perfect way to enjoy the spirit of Christmas together.

Begin with our Smoked Duck Brioche, featuring Northern Rivers duck breast and celeriac rémoulade on house-made brioche. Continue with Moreton Bay Bug Agnolotti in a citrus beurre blanc with smoked cherry tomato. For the main course, savour our signature King Island Wagyu Beef Wellington, served with mushroom duxelle salad and a rich Bourguignon sauce. Finish with a modern take on an Australian classic: Pavlova with white chocolate ganache, blood orange, basil ice cream, and fresh berries.

The full menu is $120 per person, with the option to elevate your experience with wine pairings for an additional $80, featuring highlights from our cellar. From 17 to 20 December, a la carte is also available, but if the Christmas Feast Menu is selected, the whole table must dine from the same menu. A children’s menu is also available on request for under 12s, please mention this when booking.
