For groups of 8 or more guests, we offer a Table d'Hôte menu to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. This menu draws from our à la carte offering, providing a curated selection of dishes that showcase the best of our Southern French & Mediterranean influences.
For ultimate ease and flexibility, choose either two or three courses and enhance your meal with Collations & Les Garnitures as you wish. By choosing this menu, we can serve your group efficiently and thoughtfully, allowing everyone at the table to enjoy a well-paced, refined dining experience. It also enables our kitchen to maintain the high standards of quality and presentation that define Hervé's.

Signature tasting Menu
Another wonderful option for Group Dining (though it is also available to groups of any size!) is our Signature Tasting Menu - a true expression of our kitchen - an elegant, seasonal journey through the flavours of Southern France and the Basque region. This six-course experience showcases the finest local produce, classical technique, and all of our customer favourites in one sitting. This option is designed for those who wish to sit back, trust the kitchen, and enjoy a thoughtful progression of flavour, texture, and creativity.
To further elevate the experience, we offer two wine-pairing options - premium and deluxe.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES
We offer a selection of curated beverage packages designed to complement your event. Choose from either our Maison Package or our Première Package. Looking for something entirely bespoke? No problem, we love working with clients to craft their own personalised package.
Our packages are available for 2 to 4 hours, with additional hours available on request.
Prefer more flexibility? Simply select from our Beverage List, set a limit, and enjoy a refined range of sparkling wines, white wines, red wines, and beers.
