Our Signature Tasting Menu is a true expression of our kitchen - an elegant, seasonal journey through the flavours of Southern France and the Basque region of Spain.

This six-course experience showcases the finest local produce, classical technique, and all of our customer favourites in one sitting. Available to groups 2 and above, it’s designed for those who wish to sit back, trust the kitchen, and enjoy a thoughtful progression of flavour, texture, and creativity. To further elevate the experience, we offer two wine-pairing options - premium and deluxe.
