Signature tasting menU
Our Signature Tasting Menu is a true expression of our kitchen - an elegant, seasonal journey through the flavours of Southern France and the Basque region of Spain. This six-course experience showcases the finest local produce, classical technique, and all of our customer favourites in one sitting. Available to groups 2 and above, it’s designed for those who wish to sit back, trust the kitchen, and enjoy a thoughtful progression of flavour, texture, and creativity. To further elevate the experience, we offer two wine-pairing options - premium and deluxe. This menu represents excellent value and we are delighted to introduce it to you from 2 July.
We will happily make adjustments for dietary needs.

TAble d'Hôte Menu
For groups of 8 or more guests, we offer a Table d'Hôte menu to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. This menu draws from our à la carte offering, providing a curated selection of dishes that showcase the best of our Southern French & Mediterranean influences.
For ultimate ease and flexibility, choose either two or three courses and enhance your meal with Collations & Les Garnitures as you wish. Depending on the size of your group, you an choose either the main dining room or the sanctuary of Hervé's Bar which is available for private or semi-private use. Click here for more information.
